  Pilgrams! UPDATE

August 28, 2014

I am so upset the new sheets I bought for our bed DO NOT FIT, not even close! The tag said queen size but apparently its wrong or our bed is really a king. I've been buying queen for the last few years so ya know, they should have fit.

Second thing to piss me off today was our neighbors contractor. He hired this new kid today and the kid had three of his friends or maybe his family, I am not sure, but they came over and started a big argument on my front lawn. I was scared they were going to break out into a fist fight. They had a dog with them too. One of those little rat terriers, so I figured my dog just needs to see that thing and his bark should do the trick and get them the hell out of there. YUP! he went into attack mode and barked like an insane and crazy dog! surprised they left....  good boy Jackson! cool Nobody messes with his mama!!

JACKSON
Where are the Pilgrim's? Just kidding, there are no Pilgrim's for real, but my son's work van broke down in a town called Plymouth and was stranded there for two hours before my husband left his driving job to go get him.

I sure didn't appreciate getting a message this early morning telling me my son was stranded in the middle of nowhere, that kind of stuff freaks me out! But I am happy he is safely with his step dad who is taking him around Greenbay to finish all of his deliveries.

I just spent the last forty five minuets putting together our grocery list. I am going back on weight watchers and following my diabetic diet more closely, in doing this it entails lots of work. I've been digging though my recipe books and making lists and then a food list off the menu list. Oiy!

David just called, apparently Floyd met him and Chris in Appleton and had Chris go with him now and sent David on to pick up the next patient. This probably means he wont be home until late again.  I know he will be stressed out about this today as he has so much to get done on the van. Life sucks a lot these days trying to get everything done and everyone applying pressure. We are working on things as fast as we can. undecided

I've been watching the two men working next door on framing up the new room on our neighbors home. I think they should rename their company TURTLE Construction! They are so slow about getting things done. One of the older men keeps going and sitting in his truck and talking on his cell phone while he makes the younger one do all the work. I would personally take that shovel and shove up his ass instead of the dirt.

David told me they are probably having a big cement truck come in to pour soon and I am not thrilled with that one. I am still driving over the ruts the last cement mixer left in our lawn when we had our addition put on. I hope someone puts in some fill when all is said and done. Our neighbors are pretty good about things like this so it will probably get done.

Well I suppose its time to get moving for me too. I have sheets in the dryer that should be done and I plan to get all my floors mopped up since Maggie was nice enough to get them sweeped up first. :)

Have a great day people!!
