I spent three and half hours cleaning out the closet in our bedroom. I decided that it would be a good idea since it has been awhile. Eight bags later it looks pretty bare. David is going to have a slight heart attack when he sees what is not left. 

Speaking of my husband, he was heading back home tonight when another tower driver asked if he would pilot for him since his original driver just up and left him stranded. So he will make more cash on his way home. It seems so easy to make this money but I am sure it is a very boring job. At least he gets familiar with many states. 

Today he said there were rattlesnakes by his van, well, I would never exit that van had I been with him on this trip. No thank you! I hope he does not bring one home with him on Saturday. 

I was making some jambalaya for me and Maggie's dinner tonight and it ended up being something else. I don't have a name for it because I ws making things up as I went along, but it was very yummy and very good for you. The only real fat was in the sharp cheddar and I only used a small amount. Here is a picture of our dinner. Don't drool too much okay? 



I have to say I really enjoy cooking and making things that make my family happy. :)

Well I am going to head off here and get ready to call David and say good night to him. I really miss him very much.
