I am so excited!! The cordon bleu is turning out exactly as the famous Chef from the French Culinary Institute!!! I am patting myself on the back for this one because I was not sure at all it was going to work!
Time pressed so I will post the pictures and then I need to get back to work. Yes, I cheated on the crust for the cheesecake, but hey, I don't have all day for this cooking stuff, someone needs to clean, care for animals and shower too!! Whew! Enjoy!
