Today marks my first day of being jobless again. (March 10th) I am not sure what I will do with my time. The plan was to be working in the coffee house helping bake breads, cookies and cakes for customers. I'm very sad that is not going to work out. I really was looking forward to doing something in life that I could have made a difference at... :(

Gramma is still here visiting but on her last week. It is kind of sad that when she goes back it could be one and  half years before we see her again. We are a bit worried about that much time passing without seeing her in person. We will have to rely on Face Time to check in with her daily and make sure she is doing ok. Her health is not the greatest right now. I just don't know if she will make it back here to America after she leaves here this trip. This is making all of us feel very uneasy.

Maggie started dating a very nice man named Bill, he is trumpet player in our band and a very good one at that. Finally the band is getting the professional musicians it deserves and not just "want to be musicians" who can't hold their own and get mad and yell at my husband because they are frustrated for not practicing their own instruments. If you are going to be in a band you must practice, you must show up for all practices and you must know the music and the parts you play.

Now to find a good singer, we go though those like dirty socks. The last singer was really good but his attitude stunk and we let him go, but it is good that Kevin, Bill and Dan sing and we can at least maintain practices until a new singer is found.

Maggie got her U.S. Drivers License and bought a really cute car!!  Now she is waiting on a job, she was promised a job before she even moved here but that feel though too. Her first real disappointment since moving to the United States.

I hope to blog a little more often now that I have time again. Once I fix the picture function (still waiting) I will post some photo's of our old office and the renovations David is working on. It quite impressive and we went with a completely different color palate than we are used too.

Have a great day people of the world...
