Today I got to do two of my very favorite things. I got to baby sit baby boy who was home sick from day care.  We had a fun morning with plenty of giggles, dancing and hugs galore!  I sure so miss taking care of that beautiful child everyday!

 .Then I came home and spent time in the kitchen making my homemade marinara for the spaghetti and chicken Parmigiana.  It was delicioso if I say so myself. David and Kelli sure seemed to enjoy it and when Maggie gets off work I hope she will too.  All freshly chopped ingredients like, basil leaves, parsley sprigs, garlic, onion and a variety of Italian spices.  Thanks to Kevin who keeps my knives sharpened my job is that much easier!

BAND practice tonight!  We are getting lots of hits on singers but all the wrong kind of music.  I just can't see a metal singer pulling off our songs.  So the search is still on.  I am pressed for time so I will leave you with two things that were happy in my day.
