Traci and Dan just left to head back to Marquette. They had been to Greenbay to get their new car. A pretty burgundy Chevy Impala. Dan will see those $$'s saved on his trip to Pennsylvania! It was very nice of his mom to go with the kids and help them with this. I am so happy they found the time to stop so I could get my hugg fix!
Today was a rough day for my sister Maggie. Having two jobs is a big enough adjustment, then add living in a whole new country, new language, people and just an entirely different culture than the one she is spent her life in.
It boggles my mind thinking of how she gave up a brand new car, a house she purchased on her own and a very good paying job to move here, drive a beater car and work two minimum wage jobs, that she loves by the way and is very thankful for, Andy and Jim! You made her day when you both opened up and gave her a chance to make something of her life here.
As tough as some of her adjustments are, she really is happy here and loves being surrounded with a big loving family and awesome new friends. (and Bill)
She IS brave by every definition of that word and deserves so much credit. I don't think I could ever be as brave as she is. Maggie is an inspiration to me and the rest of our family. We Love You syster and Auntie!
