Tonight i made a batch of my "Ferdinand" tasting salsa for Maggie! I love having someone else in the house that loves food with spicy flavor's and a pinch of punch, or a kick in the ass, what ever you want to call it, hot tamale's! 

I have to hugg my family over and again for getting me the Ninja for my birthday.  Makes cooking my sauces, salsas, soups so quick, easy and so much fun! Thank you family!!



Cooking has become a real passion for me over the last two years.  I've learned so much in that time and made many delightfully delicious dishes for my family to enjoy!  The only problem with my new found food passion is eating all these foods because they are so good tasting. 

I am tired because I did not sleep well at all last night, so I think it will be an early night for me.  It has been a great day with the warm weather and sunshine.  Summer really is on the way, finally!

Maggie is out on a late dinner date with Bill.  They are spending a lot of time together between her two jobs.  I feel a road trip coming on soon....    We had lunch with her and Bill at Cherry Lane and it was real nice.
