Today was sister time so me and Maggie took advantage of it by going for a walk down by the lake. The weather is so nice today, warm breeze....

 I am back home now and getting ready to put our grocery list together for a shopping trip possibly tonight. Love the late nights, but at least the stores are never crowded.
See my array of healthy eating cook books?  It's not at all as bad as it looks, the food is good, recipes all ready to go.  Essentially all I do is write down the ingredients and go shopping.  It's really not so hard to do the right thing, take the time and follow a plan.  I hate being so stringent sometimes but I love my kids more and think about them when the super grueling days come knocking at my door.

Chase and Sasha decided to come sit in the window while I write my blog.  I think they got a little lonely while we were out of the house this morning. They are doing very well, slow on the socialization but that is only because I have competition in the form of five other cats in the house and they can be very distracting.

A few special occasions coming up in the family and apparently a surprise is coming in Mid May according to Mom Rosa.  Hm, what could she be doing? We just love that lady, she is the most kindest of hearts.  I am super blessed to be her daughter!  

Well I am off to get the deck cleaned off, finish the grocery list, start getting the ground prepared for my new flower bed in front of the bedroom window.  Lot's to keep me busy......
