  Sleeping Beauty...

July 11, 2014

I did manage to get 'some' sleep even though the Motrin stopped doing its magic.  For those of you who don't understand what I am talking about,  I have bursitis in my right arm/shoulder. I ended up in the emergency room with excruciating pain one night and after a few tests they determined it was a bursitis injury.

The only thing that crossed my mind with that diagnosis was, 'isn't this an old person disease?" really? bursitis? So now if I lift something to heavy or move something to big I get the gift of pain, very bad pain. This latest bout is compliments of me moving my cat who was sitting inside a heavy metal kennel, out to the porch for some fresh air.  I have been in pain since, we are on day three and the pain makes me want to puke. I wish it would just go away already because it causes so many problems.

Madison "Attitude" is gearing up for a few events we have coming up on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. I am going to miss the middle show as they are going out of town for that one. Maggie has to miss that one too because of work.  I suppose the only thing I can do is relax and sip on some margaritas and talking smack about my crappy life of this last year. tongue-out

David's truck didn't sell locally so a dealership in WI is coming next week with a flat bed to bring it down to sell on his lot. He guarantees he can move it in a week, ten days the most. Once that is old he can get on with finding a new road vehicle and getting the head gear, then he is set to go. The summer is passing by rather quickly and we need to get him road ready and fast.

I took a day pause away from this blog.  Life is starting to get busy again. I don't have as much sitting time as I do in the winter months. I just looked out the window and saw my son walking by, he must have been at work this morning.

My sis in law Kay called and told me her, my brother and their three grandchildren are coming for a visit in August, I am so excited. Ron and David will have bonding time while we women go out shopping and eating terrible for you delicious desserts! GIRL DAY!! Yeah!  So me and Maggie are looking very forward to this.

Maggie and Bill are going into their fourth month dating and all is going well. Bill is a nice guy and is funny too. I am glad she found someone who makes her happy and him too. They make a cute couple.

Well since I am pulling stuff out of a$$ to talk about I guess this is where this blog ends for the day.  I am going to get dinner started soon, sweet and sour meatballs. (Request from my husband) who is outside putting bondo on the rust spots. I had no idea he knew how to fix rust spots but he does. The man is the jack of all trades....

Have a wonderful weekend and pray for SUNNY weather Monday when MADISON plays in the park!
